02

We Source & Vet

We recruit against your actual requirements, then screen for role skills, communication, reliability, and fit before you spend time interviewing.

03

Choose Your Match

Meet a focused shortlist, interview the candidates yourself, and choose the person you believe fits your team best.

Onboard & Launch

We coordinate onboarding, access, working hours, communication tools, and account support so your new teammate can start with clear expectations.

UCon360

An early-stage operational intelligence layer designed to connect approved work context and support review of status, blockers, patterns, and source-grounded answers in a scoped pilot.

Introducing UCon360

From Scattered Work to Operational Clarity

Important work is usually spread across inboxes, chats, documents, meetings, and shared files. UCon360 is designed to bring that approved context together and organize it around the work itself, so managers and team members can understand what is happening without chasing updates across five different places.

πŸ”

Turn Repetition Into Process

Intended to identify recurring request patterns and working habits, then help people turn observed work into clearer, reviewable workflows and guidelines.

πŸ‘€

Human Review by Design

Important interpretations, workflow changes, and sensitive actions are intended to retain defined review and approval points before they become part of the operating process.

βš™οΈ

Automate Carefully

Once a workflow is understood, approved, and technically ready, selected repetitive steps may be automated gradually with defined approval and recovery points.

UCon360 is an early-stage platform designed to support human teams, not replace them. Capabilities, connectors, controls, and outputs are confirmed for each scoped pilot; listed functions are not a promise of universal production availability.

FAQs

Questions, Answered

Straight answers about hiring, working with remote professionals, pricing, security, and UCon360.

How does the Ustaff360.ca hiring process work?

Tell us what the role needs to accomplish. We source and screen against those requirements, you interview a focused shortlist, and we coordinate onboarding after you choose your preferred candidate. Timing varies by role; many standard roles target onboarding within about 15 days.

What are the contract terms?

Standard staffing engagements are monthly and do not require a long-term contract. Notice periods, scaling terms, and any role-specific conditions are set out in the service agreement before launch.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is quoted by role, seniority, schedule, and engagement requirements. The goal is a predictable monthly cost that includes sourcing, screening, and the agreed Ustaff360.ca support around the placement.

What qualifications do candidates have?

Screening is role specific. Depending on the position, it can include skills assessments, work samples, live technical evaluation, communication screening, background checks, references, and credential verification when relevant.

Can I interview candidates before hiring?

Yes. You meet the candidates before making a decision. We want you to assess communication, experience, working style, and the fit with your team directly.

What if the candidate does not work out?

Tell us quickly. We will work with you to understand the issue and, when a replacement is appropriate under the engagement terms, source another candidate without a separate recruitment fee.
