FAQsGetting Started

How does the Ustaff360.ca hiring process work?

Start by defining the work, responsibilities, tools, schedule, and skills you need. We source and screen against that brief, you interview a focused shortlist, and we support onboarding after you choose the person you want to work with.

How quickly can I get started?

Many standard roles can move from a clear brief to onboarding in about 15 days. Specialized, senior, regulated, or unusually narrow searches may take longer. We will tell you when the market for your requirement changes the timeline.

Can I interview candidates before hiring?

Yes. You interview the candidates before deciding. We want you to assess communication, experience, judgment, and working chemistry directly.

Pricing & Contracts

What are the contract terms?

Standard staffing engagements are monthly and do not require a long-term contract. Exact notice periods, commercial terms, and any exceptions are stated in the service agreement before launch.

How much does it cost to hire through Ustaff360.ca?

Rates vary by role, seniority, schedule, and support requirements. We provide a tailored quote so you can see the actual monthly cost for the role you need rather than a generic advertised number.

What if the candidate does not work out?

Contact us quickly. We will review what is not working and, when replacement is appropriate under the engagement terms, source another candidate without a separate recruitment fee.

Qualifications & Quality

What qualifications do your candidates have?

Screening is role specific and can include work samples, technical assessment, portfolio review, communication screening, background checks, references, and credential verification when relevant. You still make the final hiring decision.

How do you handle time zone differences?

We recruit around your required schedule. Availability for Canadian or US business hours, or defined overlap windows, depends on the role and talent market.

Security & Technology

Is my data secure with remote team members?

Security depends on the workflow, systems, permissions, and configuration. We define client-approved access, confidentiality requirements, and the responsibilities included in the engagement. The actual data flow and controls should be reviewed rather than covered by a blanket security promise.

What technology do you use for communication?

Options may include telephony, chat, meetings, provisioned portal access, and client-approved tools after availability, controls, and production readiness are confirmed for the engagement. UCon360 is an early-stage platform for scoped pilots; its connectors and outputs vary and must be confirmed before use.

Do you work with businesses in both Canada and the United States?

Yes. Ustaff360.ca is based in Toronto, Ontario, with an initial focus on Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area, and we support businesses across Canada and the United States. Role availability, working hours, and any jurisdiction-specific requirements are confirmed for each engagement.

Home Care and Facility Planning โ€” Pre-launch

Is Ustaff360 currently accepting home-care clients?

No. Home care and facility staffing are not currently available through this website. The information describes a potential Toronto and GTA service that still requires operating, privacy, qualification, insurance, staffing, and service-agreement readiness.

What kinds of support are being considered?

Planning categories include personal support, companionship, respite, memory-supportive routines, transitions home, and a potential facility pathway. These are not a current service catalogue, and final scope and availability have not been established.

Would caregiver continuity be guaranteed?

No unconditional continuity promise is being made. A future model should prioritize stable matching and minimize unnecessary changes, while clearly explaining substitutions, scheduling, and availability before service.

Should I submit medical information through the contact form?

No. Do not submit health card numbers, medication lists, clinical records, diagnoses, or urgent care needs through the public website. A later secure intake process would require separate privacy, access, consent, retention, and legal review.

Is Ustaff360 an emergency medical service?

No. This website cannot arrange emergency response or urgent medical assessment. In a medical emergency, call 911.

Review the pre-launch Home Care plan for current scope and limitations.
